Launch Event for the Chinese Labour Corps Memorial Sculpture and Mark O'Neill's New Book The Island

And our guest speaker Mark O’Neill having written about Chinese Labour Corps , will also be launching his new book The Island.

We are excited to launch the design for a sculpture dedicated to the Chinese Labour Corps, an artwork that poignantly captures their arduous journey—leaving their homeland and ultimately returning to "Mother Earth." This sculpture symbolises their immense sacrifice and pivotal contributions to a multitude of tasks during World War I.
